C-suite role

CEO, CTO, COO, CFO, Chief Data / AI Officer, or equivalent senior executive function.

Recent coaching engagement

Completed at least one formal executive coaching engagement within the past 24 months.

Organizational complexity

Companies with meaningful scale or strategic complexity. Industry agnostic — tech, finance, healthcare, consumer, and others welcome.

Reflective disposition

Willingness to discuss your coaching experience candidly — what worked, what didn't, and what shifted.
